We do not charge extra for installations on typical two-story structures or lower. However, each project is unique and custom, potentially requiring varying materials and labor, which can affect the final cost.
The size and location of your home are not the primary cost determinants. Instead, the most critical factor is the length of the roofline. Whether your house has multiple rooflines or a simple, single roofline significantly influences material and labor requirements. To get a rough measurement, you can use tools like Google Maps.
Homes taller than two stories may require specialized equipment—such
as ladders, scaffolding, or boom lifts. We’ll determine this during your free
quote to ensure precise and safe set
To achieve a seamless, polished look, we often run wiring through attics, soffits, or wall cavities. This step adds subtle labor but results in a clean and professional installation.

I did a ton of research on the various companies offering permanent outdoor lighting before settling on Aurora. I do love that they are a local company but in addition to that, their pricing is competitive and their installation and product seems superior to any of the other companies I considered. Stephen was our installer and he was excellent. He was respectful, treated our property as one would their own and clearly took pride in his work. He was meticulous during the install. The install was initially scheduled for two days and Stephen stayed to get it done in one. We are very happy with the end results! It completely elevates our curb appeal and adds a beautiful ambiance to our home at night.
I am so impressed with the lights. I did the premium lights, and they do an amazing job. The option to create your own display and the available scenes are fantastic. The installation only took one day, and Joseph was great during the process, taking the time to answer all my questions. He was very particular about how the wiring needed to be done, doing a great job of concealing any exposed wires. I highly recommend Aurora Light for permanent lighting.
